THE JIM HENSON COMPANY:

Without a doubt, working for Henson is one of my greatest experiences in my short career. Getting to work for a childhood idol cannot really be put into words.

At Henson I worked as an animation clean up artist for the Emmy-nominated "Sid the Science Kid." I worked on the last few episodes of season one and worked through all of season two. Season one was my first time working in mo-cap, and my work on season two is much better.

The first season was Henson's first, full foray into the digital puppetry system, so the mo-cap could be a little crazy. Seemingly easy shots could be quite daunting especially since I was learning on the fly. The entire show took a huge leap in season two on all levels. It should be airing soon and I will have work from season two after it airs.

SID THE SCIENCE KID: SEASON ONE
I was responsible for all mo-cap/animation clean up of all characters in each scene.
(The scenes that appear black work and are just fade-ins)

ISIS - "NOT IN RIVERS BUT IN DROPS" VIDEO:

This is my first mainstream, animation work and it is simple, but I am very proud of it. I got to work with a great compositor and friend, Chris Hagen, on this project. I was responsible for animating the digital moths throughout the video. They are quick and scattered through this long video, so I will break down the time sections of the YouTube clip until I can get the original clips.

Unless you like metal, you may want to turn down the volume.
